These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Kairos waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kairos regarding the Site.
